21 buoni motivi - 21 good reasons #5

anche quest'anno voglio portare avanti quella che per me è ormai una tradizione. salutare e ringraziare l'anno che se ne va per tutte quelle piccole cose che, in qualche modo, lo hanno reso grande e mi hanno alleggerito il peso di ciò che forse proprio piacevole non era stato ma che andava comunque vissuto.

inizialmente i buoni motivi erano 21 - ed ecco da dove viene il titolo del post, ma ben presto mi sono resa conto che 21 son troppo pochi ed ho ampliato la lista a mia discrezione.

anche stavolta mi fermo a 101 volutamente, anche se potrei scrivere oltre.

anche stavolta dico grazie di tutto.

e attendo con gratitudine anticipata l'anno nuovo ormai alle porte.

also this year I want to pursue what has become a tradition for me, I want to greet and thank the year that is closing for all thise little things that, somehow, made it great and have lightened the weight of what perhaps was not so pleasant but that was still worth living.

once there were just 21 good reasons - hence the title of the post - but I realized quite soon that 21 were too few and I decided to increase the list.

once again I deliberately stop at 101, even if I could write more.
once again I say thanks for everything.
and I'm already looking with gratitude for the new year which is just around the corner.

21 buoni motivi (#3) - 21 good reasons

una delle newsletter che ricevo recita: “questa meravigliosa settimana e' perfetta per riposare, giocare con i vostri giocattoli nuovi, e riflettere su tutto cio' che vi ha portato il 2011.” io questa settimana ho lavorato, e anche parecchio. ma ho anche trovato il tempo di piangere davanti a un film, di fare lunghe telefonate con le amiche, di ridere, di innamorarmi di una voce, di gioire del riflesso del sole d'inverno spalmato sull'asfalto e persino di pensare che, quest'anno, questo post rischia di essere interminabile.

due anni fa l'amicacollega a fine anno m'invito' a scrivere 21 motivi per dire grazie all'anno che si stava chiudendo. non avrei detto, e invece non mi fu affatto difficile arrivare oltre. lo scorso anno, poi, ando' ancora meglio.

among the newsletters I receive, one states: "this wonderful week is perfect for resting, playing with your new toys, and reflecting on everything 2011 brought us. " I've been working this week, and quite hard too. but I also found the time to cry in front of a movie, to make long phone calls with my friends, to laugh, to fall for a voice, to enjoy the winter sun's reflection coated on the asphalt and even to think that this year, this post is likely to be interminable.
two years ago at the end of the year my colleaguefriend invited me to write 21 reasons to give thanks to the year that was closing. I wouldn't have said so but I was not difficult at all to write more thanks. last year it went even better.
